I was recently looking for a very specific used car, a MINI Pacemen, and found one online at Capital Chevrolet. I reached out to the dealership, via email, and immediately received a response from Andrew Soliman. He walked me through the features and condition of the car and we setup a tentative appointment. Thanks to a busy schedule at home and at work, I wasn't able to make the 40-minute drive to San Jose. To my surprise, and delight, Andrew volunteered to bring the car to me, in Santa Cruz, so that I could take a look. He delivered the car to my office and spent at least an hour and a half with me, allowing me to really get a feel for the car. Andrew didn't pressure me in the least - he took his time, and made me feel like I was the only customer he had.Unfortunately, I decided to pass on that specific car, only because it had a few more miles than I was comfortable with - even though it looked brand new and was clearly in great condition...my wife had a significant say in the decision too ;).I felt compelled to write about my experience because it was so far above my expectations. I would feel totally comfortable buying a car from Capital Chevrolet, especially from Andrew Soliman. As a matter of fact, he's looking for another lower-mileage MINI for me now. Thank you Andrew!!!
The rep recognized that the issue of the warning message on the display was covered by Voltec warranty and did not charge me a penny. Although my appointment was for November, because the issue might be serious, I dropped off the car early and the issue was resolved within a day. Very satisfied. Thanks.
